Affortable and very convenient location. Accessible to all transportation, shopping malls and supermarket and also the attractions in Paris, especially Disneyland. Clean rooms and friendly reception. Keep it up. I really recomend it for family vacation especially with a tight budget..

Breakfast not great

Clean hotel, good reception by the different staff, well placed, nice room and studio but expensive breakfast for what is offered frozen sweet and not much salty for lack of means (example: small stove only for eggs).

Aparthotel dos Ratos

The hosting was included Google Chromecast on the TVs, did not own. Apartment in bad condition, walls peeling, lack of maintenance. Precary warming. And the worst rat in the apartment! My God!! How absurd! While solving the problem, they left us in a lower apartment next to the office. The employee responsible for the reception of the morning, stayed with the TV at the highest height, a lot of conversation does not respect the sleep of the guests. I accompanied the employee for the rat fight and had another disappointment, just made put a sticker on the spot. I found that he already owned a mouse on the site previously installed, that is, they already knew of the existence of the mouse. Worst lodging of my life! I will seek the effective means to denounce this miserable company.

A little disappointed

Aparthotel: Noisy room, small, waited 20 minutes to have my room (with just 3 people in front of me), address badly indicated: it takes a GPS to go!
Good location: central to La Défense (but small street hard to find)

Good location but heat set at 22C and never seemed that warm in the room and we froze the first night before maintenance came to check the heat. Also refused a second roll
of extra toilet paper by the housekeeping staff
