Very nice experience! To recommend.
We took advantage of a discovery offer of 2 nights with meals and it was a very nice experience.
the welcome is really perfect and warm, the superior room with terrace was spacious, well heated with real shutters, good bedding, perfect!
the buffet breakfast is very good and complete, with fruit juice, detox drink, scrambled or boiled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, cheese, cold meats, yogurts, fresh fruit salad, fruit, homemade jams, 2 kinds of bread, pastries, just one pastry or local specialty would be missing, but it’s really already very good as it is!
As for the meal, we had a gourmet menu on the first evening and a local menu on the second and everything was really excellent! beautiful restaurant room also, very cozy!
In addition, you are just a stone's throw from the city center, the thermal baths and the casino!
And the establishment has private parking.
On the other hand, no swimming pool and wellness area for those looking for that but that is not at all our case so it suited us perfectly!

We have now been in this hotel a number of times in a row and do business ourselves and know that it is not easy but something goes wrong every time, last year and the year before during the transit they forgot to charge for the supper and We have indicated and paid neatly and correctly but now they have not only settled through settlement on departure but also a no-show to Our pants and even after driving back in August We still do not have Our money back and have even been treated arrogantly on the spot! We have had a gang of Our pants asking Us the credit card details again to be reimbursed so to speak! OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE!

Excellent restaurant
We dined a little by default because the other establishments were closed or unattractive, but you can see that I have rarely eaten so well in the past!
The welcome was warm and the dishes a treat.
As for the Award, it is quite reasonable for the quality of service

Very nice historic hotel. Very helpful staff for a non french-speaking customer. Lovely breakfast. I sure wish the room was air conditioned as it was hot and sweaty.

Superior bedroom with carpeted floor. Not air conditioned. With small TV, desk, luggage rack, wardrobe. The whole is clean, the double glazing of the windows allows you to be quiet, however you will have to leave the windows open in case of heat in summer. The bedding is comfortable and you can rest well there.

Good size bathroom, a bit dated but well maintained and clean too. With a fairly powerful jet shower which can slightly water the towels hanging in front of the shower. No functional VMC but window for ventilation. No sustainable practice declared so towels are changed systematically.

The hotel also has a restaurant, with generally good traditional dishes, lamb shank, sauerkraut, bite to the queen, however the wait is very very very long. You will have to wait more than 30 minutes between order and starter, then between starter and main course, and between main course and dessert: you must plan to be at the table between 2:30 a.m. and 3 a.m., checked 2 days in a row! There is certainly a lack of organization.
