Great massages in a superb place
Small special message for massages that were very pleasant. We are both used to getting massaged, this time it was remarkable! We had taken the oriental massage of 50 minutes. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much for this relaxing time.

Bof, disappointing.
Breakfast is frugal limit: we are 10 adults and two children, they bring us barely 50cl of coffee, we must claim... You must also claim for chocolate and milk. The cold cuts and cheese have already spent a few days in the air in the fridge obviously...
In general, there is no concern from the manager, smiles are convenient.
The castle is very beautiful and warm inside, (forget the outside without much interest) pity that the services and service are not up to standard.

Quality of food at the highest level ( Michelin where are you ?). A dream!

A disappointing Award
What is more is the general organization (room not ready, reception deserted, swimming pool closed..., not very welcoming) and especially the restaurant presented as a gourmet restaurant on the website, while the chef has deserted the place, and is replaced for the moment by an intern of third (it is a picture). Award result of a gastro, indeed, but the plate of a hotel school (it is a reality). That's not a very good approach. We wanted to discuss this with the Owner by message but unfortunately we never received a reply.
Also I prefer to warn Internet users: if you stay there, go eat in town until the situation of the restaurant is clarified. A Trip Tip we would have liked to receive from the owners who are perfectly aware of the ambiguity they have. Too bad. As a result, the overall Best Value for Money is unfavourable for this property

From the reception until the end of the rest everything was perfect a high quality of service the wise advice of a passionate sommelier , a refined cuisine A well deserved star and this despite the youth of the establishment..
