Awesome

I had a great stay at this hotel. The welcome is remarkable, with a lady of unparalleled kindness. Sweet, kind and available. She gave us very good advice on activities to do. We slept very well, the room was clean, and the staff was attentive. I recommend, and would come back without hesitation!

I'll never recommend it, edge people

We couldn't go for a serious reason and we weren't given the option to change the date or return the money, sometimes in life you have to be a little understandable.... Because tomorrow can happen to you. I have a very serious family member and it turns out that the hotel answered me by phone quite a bit and then by very dry booking without giving reasons

I liked the hotel was near the ghetto and the shops it’s basic no soap’s or complementary stuff in the bathroom no kettle it’s good because it’s convenient to the ghetto and shops they do not speak English at all so that’s a bit of a problem good for just sleeping in basically

Old hotel and bad mattresses

One of the worst hotels in Lourdes for the 3 star category.
Old rooms and furnishings, unspeakable bathrooms and bad mattress, impossible to sleep. I asked for the change and they added an additional mattress worse than the previous one.
The minimal buffet breakfast is served in poor hygiene conditions (dirty dishes and tablecloths, floors too).
I changed hotels after a few nights. Friendly lady at reception, rude and rude Owner who is little present.

Wonderful welcome

Superb welcome the lady is wonderful and good advice for visits thank you piyr the pont d'Espagne. in addition I asked after avour spending a night to change rooms to avour a bathtub within 5 minutes after my request this was done and again THANKS
