Clean room, easy access, private parking, possibility of taking a room with private shower, well-stocked breakfast for the price, welcoming staff, small downside certain residents of the hotel who do not respect the sleep of others..

The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here.

Stay spoilt by room access problem

Nice quiet area with plenty of free parking. My visit was spoilt by the combination key pad for room access failing to work 2 times out of 3. I then had the problem of finding the receptionist, she came, tried the combination, which didn't work, then using her pass key to access the room. .

UNBEARABLE HOT

Nothing to say about the room and bathroom, basic but clean in line with the price paid
The problem is the UNBEARABLE HEAT and since the room is on the ground floor it is not possible to keep the window open!
It was better to sleep in the car!

Great hotel for a stop over

En route to the Alps we just needed a basic room to stop over & got exactly what we needed. We had the double room with a shower room which is compact but just as needed. It was very clean and in a good state of repair. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. I had a good nights sleep as needed. The shower was hot and powerful enough. The manager was helpful finding us a local takeaway and making sure we had all we needed. We had ordered breakfast which was plentiful and filling. Just what we needed before setting off. The hotel was easy to find on the outskirts of Chambéry, near the main road and supermarkets etc.
Definitely recommend and we will return.
