Very badly received
During the Reservation by phone we had a very nice lady who confirms that it is possible and asks us to confirm by email what has been done
So we arrive at 2pm to take our room we were received by a gentleman he takes care of checking us in and tells us in a not very cool tone that soon the Wonderboxes and Smarboxes will not know how to accept by the establishment, I ask him why he answers that the establishment does not win anything I ask him if despite everything we will be welcomed because I always notice his not very cool tone he asks me why I ask him this question and well I point out that this is not what I notice and there he pulls me out of the same tone that the Pension is full and lacks staff
Conclusion: Why commit to taking boxes if it doesn't pay you anything?
And why put your bad mood on guests if your Pension is full and you are understaffed
Dear Receptionist, I would like to say once again that good if your Pension is full but the advantage for us is that thanks to Wonderbox Rating we do not return to your establishment
