Major technical problems at the 3-star hotel.
In addition, management did not offer us tariff compensation.
Persistent insulation and noise problems. The room was cramped, with a large non-soundproof ventilation, which made the street sounds audible.
The door did not close properly, letting in the light from the hallway. The overall condition of the room was alarming, especially the kitchen faucet. The lighting in the kitchen was defective.
Maintenance does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Refusal of access despite valid reservation and inadequate room.
Despite the presentation of all the necessary evidence to validate the reservation (video call with my ID card as the holder of the reservation and communication of the number of the credit card used), the staff refused access to the room to my husband. This situation forced him to cancel the original booking and make a new booking with his own credit card, causing unnecessary complications after a long journey.
Furthermore, when he was finally able to access his room, he noticed the absence of curtains, a basic element that is indispensable to guarantee privacy. THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM AT RECEPTION WOULD ALSO NEED TO BE REVIEWED.
These different points have considerably affected the quality of my husband's stay and do not correspond to the standards expected of a hotel establishment.

Ces conditions d’accès sont stipulées sur nos sites de ventes et reventes ainsi qu’en réception.
Notre équipe à donc respecter le protocole à la lettre comme cela est demandé par le groupe All Suites Appart Hôtel.
De plus, dans nos appartements de catégorie « économique », ce sont des volets roulants électriques à la place des rideaux contrairement à nos catégories conforts, supérieurs et exécutives.

Need for improvements and training of reception staff needed!!!

Areas for improvement:
The reception desk was unprofessional, with little attention to guests. The room had several maintenance problems: unpleasant odors persisting despite the aeration, traces of moisture in the bathroom, problems with pressure and unstable water temperature in the shower. General cleanliness requires special attention (floors, surfaces, bedding). The door to the room had a safety concern regarding a locking defect.
The common facilities (sauna, gym) were not functional during our stay and lacked maintenance, smell of urine in the sauna. The reserved comfort option (coffee tray) has not been provided.
Some suggestions:
• Strengthening the training of reception staff
• Implement a more rigorous cleaning protocol
• Ensure regular maintenance of equipment
• Systematically check room security
The photos on the hotel website do not correspond to reality. The rate applied does not correspond to the current level of benefits. A general renovation would be desirable to achieve the expected standards.

A 5-star hotel... In My Nightmares! ❄️
The only positive? The location near the train station... At least you can flee quickly! ’�️
The icy adventure: Imagine yourself in your room transformed into a personal freezer! Our dear manager, true genius of the economy, controls the temperature from his throne at the reception. Three round trips later (excellent for your cardio! ), they FINALLY deigned to turn up the heat. What a generosity!
Let's talk about the improvised fashion show staff! Apparently, the dress code has changed from "professional" to "club ready". Receptionists seem to have confused the hotel with a trendy club! It's crazy how standards have... evolved since the opening.
Suggestion for direction (if she deigns to read): A little free advice (like the cold in the rooms): polo-style uniforms would not be luxury! But hey, it could blow the budget, already so tight with these electricity bills!
