It was good but central heating didn't work.
I asked for them to fix it and they saud there was no maintenance available so they sent an electric heater which just ended up drying the air. No comfortable nights sleep.

Lilla Roberts is one of my favorites in its category in Helsinki. Rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, they serve superb cocktails in the lobby and breakfast is somehow just one notch better.

I made a mistake and book on wrong day. Hotel didnt want to switch the day. Dont book this hotel. Customer service is horrible in this hotel!
