The best service I have ever experienced!
My partner & I booked a trip last minute to Egypt with TUI for a very good deal. We were not expecting much due to the low price & having never been to the country before, we did not know what to expect.
For one thing I was not expecting was the staff to be as incredible as they were. They could not have done more for us, constantly coming round asking if we'd like more drinks or food, or even just saying hello or good morning. The housekeeping staff were also incredible & very hard working.
The only thing I would have to say is that the food is slightly hit & miss, as it is with all all-inclusives. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 5 star luxury experience as they were still doing construction as this time & they were definitely catering to the 'English' customers with the less traditional cuisine offered. We dined at the a-la-carte restaurants twice but honestly wouldn't bother and just have the buffet and sit outside looking over the beach view & lovely pool area. However that would be my only quarm.
They had activities for kids & adults all day and I would definitely recommend the 2-hour quad experience they offer on site that takes you through the dessert.
Also another tip, don't be afraid to leave the resort for the night like we did & venture out to the marina bay which is very safe & great for places to eat while looking over the beautiful bay with very reasonable prices. You can get there via the taxi service they offer on site at the resort.
Overall, my partner and I had a great trip and would definitely recommend this hotel for its lovely service & cleanliness.
