Cozy and beautiful atmosphere of the hotel, friendly staff. Love it!
-The food there had its own unique taste, so it might not be to everyone's taste. There was a lot of choice of food which is delightful. I liked the cakes very much☺️
-The rooms were nice, I loved the view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and warm to sleep in.
-Music plays by the pool, creating a lively vibe. Nearby, people can play volleyball on the court and other games.
-There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone to relax.
-Lots of cute cats
I would like to thank your team and waiters, who were always in a good mood! Always desired to make us happy.. I would love to come back!

Great service!
Room: I had a perfect room on the ground floor on the Lagoon area A. I was woken up by the sun between 06.00-07.00 and it took me 3 seconds to find a sunbed in front of the lovely lagoon. The majority of the guests (who seem to be germans)- occupied the sunbeds from 06.00 am so be early to secure a bed
Housekeeping did a good job cleaning my room and made some beautiful towel creations- which definitely put a smile on my face.
Activities: Occationally, some people will try and sell you local tours, portraits, and massages etc. Prices are high but negotiable. I was recommended by a dutch guest to book very cheap massage and spa treatments outside the resort area, at Sundos (?). If you do book a massage at the hotel, I recommend Ms. Asma, she has powerful hands
Food: good and lots of options (even for a vegetarian). Had no stomach issues.
Weather: Bikini-hot during the day, hoodie-cold in the evening. (Mid-january)
ATM: There are ATMs in the reception area. They accept EGP, EUR or USD.
All in all: The standard of the resort was better than expected and the service from housekeeping, mr. towelguy, the waitors, reception and everyone- was top notch!
Ps. I got myself some hairy friends here who often visited me on the sunbed and front porch. Loved it

The cats belong to the hotel, they are all vaccinated and neutered and, if necessary, treated by a veterinarian with whom the hotel cooperates.
There are special feeding stations for this on the hotel grounds and guests should under no circumstances feed the animals with leftover food at the table or even take them into their rooms.
It is always our top priority to offer our guests the best possible service standard and we would like to mention that we are also always looking for ways to improve our services even further and thus increase the satisfaction of our guests in order to not only meet their expectations in every respect, but even exceed them!
