Whats with just providing one roll of toilet paper?
Also super noisy - there was hammering in the middle of the night which was reported to front desk who said “theyd look into it”
Lastly, can we talk about the scammy breakfast buffet? I was hopeful it would get better but each day got worse. The staff was zero attentive and borderline rude - I asked for a tea and it was like asking for a favor.
Skip the Opera restaurant… worst meal of our stay - and the waitor forgot part of our order! Super incompetent staff
To top it off… as we were leaving w our suitcases… the elevators (two of them) stopped working.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
