Modern and Comfortable
This is a modern hotel with all the comforts. There are two PP hotels and we went to the other side of the resort first. Glad we were at the PP Arena side as it seemed quieter and more relaxed. Pool was nice but not heated so Sept was too cold. We thought there was a beach but the Rocky inlet nearby was not great. If you want an ocean view, get a top floor room. You can just see the ocean above the trees. If that’s not important go with the cheapest room you can get.
We drove into town and found parking near the arena. Had to re-up after 2 hours but that worked. There is also a bus just outside the hotels entrance.
The service was great, the buffet breakfast and dinner were extensive and easy to fill up. (Hint :separate slow small courses)
Happy we stayed here for 2 nights before hiring the road again.

We enjoyed our 3 nt stay at this complex .
The beach our front was perfect for a swim
& close to a couple of nice restaurants incl the hotels own which had a delicious & large Bkfst buffet.. Room was clean with a pool / ocean view was perfect !! Front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recs for the srea .

Excellent Hotel
I had a lovely stay here. Nothing was too much trouble. I was out on a day trip and the hotel provided me with a packed lunch and a cold meal when I got back. Extremely helpful at reception throughout. Wake up calls arranged. Would highly recommend a stay here. Spotlessly clean too. Thank you.

Hotel was lovely and we overall enjoyed it.
We weren't impressed hotel charging 4/5e for bottled water and that they have policy of not being allowed to serve tap water, which left us being forced to order drinks during every dinner meal even though we didn't necessarily want to drink anything but water. We weren't happy to pay such price for the bottled water when at the entrance of hotel you can get *free* tap water which is in fact perfectly safe and drinkable. A lot of guests weren't happy with this and it was more of a principle than anything else.
TUI website stated that you can dine between this hotel and 2 other neighbouring hotels but when queried with reception staff at the hotel they were not aware of this and were very unhelpful too. We were basically told to sort it out ourselves as they have nothing to do with the other hotel. It was however later established by waiter that this is not possible and that many guests have been left disappointed and have queried the same thing. Overall in summery, of course you can *but* this is not within your package allowance, therefore you are expected to pay if you dine or drink outside the hotel.
Accommodation itself was very clean the rooms were spotless and swimming pool area was kept clean at all times. The loungers between the beach and hotel were lush and a bonus for sure. You also get a lot of customers hogging onto loungers from early morning and throughout the day, so do bare that in mind.
<3 Special thanks from our holiday must go to Wiryatana (I'm sorry if I spelt it wrong). This staff member stood out the most to us and we loved coming to see them every day. Wiryatana went above and beyond when cleaning the tables and making sure everyone always had cutlery and napkin on their table. Always smiling, welcoming and super friendly - thank you for all your hard work <3

Recommended
Very modern house. Represent all nationalities. Clean and tidy. Great location, almost directly on the sea. Hardly any shopping nearby. The breakfast buffet was good. Ample parking , guarded. The Popl was freezing cold but clean and with salt water.
