Excellent experience

The experience at Inverso Coliving 47 was wonderful. It has an excellent location, central and close to everything, the customer service was very pleasant, I would definitely return to stay at this place. Completely recommended

Terrible service

No respect for guests, constant laughter at guests for whatever reason. Don't appreciate this at all. The staff was rude and authoritative. No air conditioning, no blankets. Very noisy street and partying at night, difficult to sleep at night. The room was infested with roaches. They know they provide bad service but they don't care. Their lack of empathy is appalling.

Worst experience in Medellín

Roaches, humidity, Overrated prices, incompetent administration, noisy place, dirty and small rooms. Very expensive for what it is.

My experience at this accommodation was not good, I traveled from Costa Rica and made a reservation through this platform, when I arrived I realized that they did not have parking for vehicles, I decided not to stay there. It turns out that I had a reservation for a week, but since I no longer wanted to stay there, they charged me for the week on my card even if I didn't stay a single day. It seemed like a robbery to me.

When we check in we get a card for the elevator, but the card only lets you go to the floor where your room is. We got a card that was not even the floor our room was on because they apparently did not have any left but the next day they would have. Already ridiculous. We get to the room and it is so so hot in there. We open the window and let the air come in for a few hours but still too hot. We go down to ask if they have a fan, but they apparently have none left. We could barely sleep as we were sweating and we had to have the window wide open which was even worse since the road outside was sooo noisy all night. The next day I ask for the new card so we can actually get to our floor but they still did not have it. Later we also asked for a fan but all we got was a tiny fan which did not make a difference. The bed on top of everything made so much noise every small movement you made
