Decent hotel within an 8 minute walk from La 70 and with 2 supermarkets around the corner. Simple but tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. No frills, good price quality hotel.

This is hotel is not really vacation friendly. Water goes away while we were staying there, there’s not many breakfast options to choose from. They charge for everythinggg.

Great place to stay in Medellin.The location is in an upscale residential area and great restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies (drogueria) are within walking distance. The bed is a bit too firm for us, we’re used to pillowtop. Very clean. A variety of Colombian and American fresh and delicious options for breakfast. Alejandro of the front desk answered and provided information about the places we wanted to see. The hotels.com page lists airport transportation as an ammenity but the hotel does NOT provide this service. Someone in our group had to return to the US for a family emergency and requested a cancellation of the remaining 2 nights but the hotel refused and they had to pay for 2 nights in which they couldn’t stay. Small refrigerators but no microwaves in the room.

We had an awesome stay. The staff, especially Alejandro and John went out of their way to give us tips during our stay. The room was clean. The breakfast delicious and with a variety of traditional American and Colombian breakfast items. On hotels.com page it states that one if the amenities is airport transportation but they do not offer this service.

Service was just not up to par. The lady at the reception was not friendly or helpful. Just kind of in a bad mood. The hotel, although dated, is well located near restaurants, bars, grocery stores. But the room is beyond basic. Not at all what was shown in pictures. The TV signal was very intermittent, wasn't able to watch a thing. Breakfast was too basic as well, but that is usually what it is in most Medellin hotels.
