My Review
Sustainability aspects to be more taken care. Rooms got cleaned without placing the tag and is not needed. I think the hotel management should take care of this to avoid unnecessary cleaning

For those who are used to five-star hotels, this will be a unique experience—highly recommended!
チェックインの際、女性スタッフは無愛想で声も小さく、レイトチェックアウトを希望すると、面倒そうに対応されました。笑顔も挨拶もなく、非常に残念でした。
バーのスタッフも同様にやる気がなく、スマホに夢中で「いらっしゃいませ」すら言わないので、そのまま店を出ました。
フロントで追加のタオルを頼んだところ、「部屋の電話で0を押して自分でハウスキーピングに連絡してください」と言われました。本来フロントの仕事では？
ようやく届けられたタオルも、スタッフはとてもだるそうに運んできて、こちらが「ありがとう」と言っても目も合わせず無愛想。大丈夫？生きてる？？と心配になるレベルでした。
**5つ星ホテルに慣れている方には、特別な経験ができるのでおすすめです！**

This hotel **deserves a five-star rating for its building and facilities**, but **the staff service is one-star or even lower**.
At check-in, the female staff was unfriendly and spoke in a very low voice. When I requested a late check-out, she seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. No smile, no greeting—very disappointing.
The bartender was equally unmotivated, glued to their smartphone, and didn’t even say “Welcome,” so I left the bar immediately.
When I asked the front desk for additional towels, they told me to **call housekeeping myself by dialing 0 from the room phone**. Isn’t that supposed to be their job?
When the towels were finally delivered, the staff looked extremely sluggish and unwilling. Even when I said **“Thank you,”** they didn’t make eye contact or respond at all. So unfriendly. Are you okay?
**For those who are used to five-star hotels, this will be a unique experience—highly recommended!**
If you don’t mind these issues, it’s actually a very nice hotel.
