A shitload of staff. The most ignorant and absurd staff I've ever seen.
I spoke to the front desk about the problem that the cleaners entered my room even though it said “do not disturb” and found the computer damaged. I put the “do not disturb” because, from experience, before having the room cleaned, I remove precious things so as not to have them accidentally damaged by cleaning women. Fatality in one of the moments when I asked not to clean my room at the request of the cleaning lady, they entered anyway. My computer was on top of the bed and when I got back it was simply moved to the bedside table next to the bed. Never mind that gesture, but I realized my computer was damaged. I explained this problem to the first maneger to solve it and after repeatedly telling me that nobody had touched anything, I simply asked why then my computer was damaged and that I wanted compensation for it. The first manager offered to fix the computer with a pen to recolor the damaged part, but the problem is not the color, but the fact that the computer is really dented. In conclusion we agreed to take the photos to the apple center to figure out how to fix the problem and that she would come back to me to let me know the news about the problem. Nobody let me know anything and it was very hard to get understanding and help from them because I always had to call them to get news. So I called the front desk again to talk to the first manager again, but they passed me another different person. A very aggressive man who didn't yell at me and wouldn't even let me talk, inviting me to call the police if I think I have a problem with them. It seemed to me that they stalled and teased until that moment. I do not know how to solve this problem and the hotel staff does not seem smart enough and helpful towards the customer. A shitload of staff. The most ignorant and absurd staff I've ever seen.

Historical hotel with museum-style decoration but does not offer much more than that
It is a busy hotel in a busy area, so bear that in mind. The receptionists were not very friendly.
