I recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics.
While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl.
I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety.
Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

室内还有浴缸，床在上层。 老板还让我们挑自己喜欢的。综合来讲算是挺不错的。美中不足就是，排水有点问题，水比较容易溢到客厅。
院子也挺舒服的，我们去得有点晚了，白沙古镇小小的，白天也挺热闹，当地人居多。晚上入黑后小摊就收了。我们第二天一大早就赶去玉龙雪山看日照金山，接着就上山啦。所以一大早就退了房。

First of all, I want to tell you that Baisha Ancient Town is really a beautiful and quaint town. It is the nearest village to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Walking on the street, the buildings with a sense of age are very beautiful against the snow mountain not far away. The small inn is very convenient. It is located in the ancient town, and you can park your car. The layout of the house and the rooms in the inn are quite well-designed. Sleeping at night is very quiet and healing. Especially the guy at the front desk needs to be commended. He is very enthusiastic to help us guide the way, pull our luggage, and send us anything we need as soon as possible. He also enthusiastically sent us a very detailed introduction to the delicious and interesting things in the ancient town. Very sweet. It would be even better if the inn prepared more heating equipment in winter, after all, Lijiang is still very cold this season!

The environment is great. I really like the design of the single-family log cabin. The upper and lower floors are my own. The boss is also very enthusiastic. He will give you a lot of tips on how to play and eat. I highly recommend it
