Located in historic old Baisha—the birthplace of Naxi Culture, the Huamei Club Lijiang (Lijiang Huamei Dujia Huiguan) is close to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and about 3.5 kilometers from Lashi Lake, 6 kilometers from the Old Lijiang (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and 27 kilometers from Lijiang Sanyi Airport. Featuring a traditional Naxi architectural style and a specially designed glass roof, this Lijiang hotel houses rooms where guests can enjoy relaxing baths while enjoying private vantages of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, whose grand majestic slopes loom large just beyond the hotel. For relaxation, guests can visit the spa or have a glass of wine while listening to pleasant music.

The bathrobes, made from faux fur, were not ideal as they left fibers on the skin post-shower. Another issue was the limited supply of hot water. Although the housekeeper advised it would last 20 minutes, it ran out much faster, leading to an unexpectedly cold shower.
On the positive side, the bed was equipped with a heater, which was a thoughtful touch. However, the heating only covered half the bed, which might make it less comfortable for couples sharing the space. Not sure if it's only during the winter, we were unable to view the 日照金山 from our room. So if you are like us and have booked the room for this purpose, be prepared to be disappointed. You will need to head up to the rooftop to view it, but the condition of the rooftop isn't good either.
As for the surroundings, while we were aware that it was winter and the grass and mountains would naturally be bare, the outdoor area didn’t match the photos we’d seen. The plants and grounds appeared poorly maintained, and the water feature was not operational. Despite this, the resident cat was a delightful and friendly presence. The housekeeper also gave her best to help us along the stay which made the stay experience better.
Overall, the experience gave the impression that the property was designed with cost-cutting in mind rather than focusing on the guest experience. A bit more attention to detail and upkeep could make a significant difference in keeping up with the competitor lodging in the area.

Regarding the concerns you raised, we would like to provide the following explanations:
1.Carpet Cleaning: The issue with the custom-made carpet has been addressed, and a professional cleaning service has been arranged.
2.Hot Water Access: To ensure hygiene, we have installed 24-hour hot and cold water dispensers in the common area, along with thermos flasks and disposable cups in guest rooms. This is a precaution due to concerns about improper use of kettles in the past.
3.Water Heater: Our electric water heaters provide 24-hour hot water but require a brief reheating period after approximately 30 minutes of use. This was explained during check-in and via a WeChat message, but we regret any inconvenience caused.
4.Electric Blanket: The double electric blanket provided in the room follows local standards. We apologize if it did not meet your expectations as a guest from a tropical region.
Additional Notes:
1.Our photos are taken by staff using mobile phones to reflect the real environment, which may differ slightly from your experience depending on the season and time of visit.
2.The exposed land outside the window is due to government pipeline construction, as explained during check-in. Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to maintain this land.
3.The water feature was temporarily drained for maintenance during your stay, and we regret the inconvenience caused.
4.The roof maintenance challenges stem from the extreme temperature differences and strong winds typical of the area, which we continually strive to address.
As a boutique guesthouse priced around 300 RMB per night, we aim to provide a comfortable and hygienic environment for our guests. We offer complimentary amenities, including disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and evening hot drinks, while maintaining strict cleanliness standards for all linens.
