Poor hotel. Not recommend for Marriott high tier

First and foremost, we are pleased to learn that you enjoyed our hotel's prime location. We are indeed very conveniently located in the center of Tsimshatsui, as you have experienced, is just opposite to the leafy Kowloon Park and different types of entertainment, dining and shopping options are all within reach.
However, we are very sorry to hear your disappointment on the Marriott Bonvoy members' benefits did not meet your expectations as a Design Hotels participating hotel, we offer slightly different benefits compared to other Marriott brands which some membership privileges you are entitled to are not applicable for Design Hotels participating hotels which I like to profoundly apologize.
Moreover, we are also sorry to hear that for the limited breakfast choice and there were not replenished and the service of restaurant. We take guest service seriously, and we will address this concern with Director of Food & Beverage to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere in the future.

Good choice for location
I accepted the upgrade to the spa suite and was very impressed by the spa bath and the steam shower, great after a long day of walking around Hong Kong!
The staff I encountered on my stay were all very friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again for the location primarily.

To ensure a smoother check-in at the hotel, guests are advised to provide their flight arrival details to hotel before arrival. Guests must present the credit card used for booking upon check-in for verification purposes. Please note that all cancellations, modifications and no-show charges are subject to a 10% service charge. Please note that special traffic arrangement and road closure are expected from 17:00 until further notice in the hotel nearby Tsim Sha Tsui area for special festive dates including Christmas Eve (24 December), New Year Eve (31 December) and Chinese New Year (29 January 2025, 30 January 2025). Kindly note that hotel deposit at HK$1,000 daily and maximum HK$3,000 per week is required at check in. Hotel will get the authorization code by given credit card 7 days prior to arrival in order to secure the room, room will be released without notification if credit card invalid. Please take note that due to annual inspection of electric grid on 5 Feb, 2024 between 9am and 6pm, the supply of electricity in guest rooms will be suspended affecting lighting, electric sockets, TV and air conditioning, while internet connectivity will remain available with portable Wi-Fi Buddy.
According to the guidelines of Hong Kong's "Product Environmental Responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", starting from 2024/4/22, Hong Kong hotels will no longer provide free plastic bottles of water, toothbrushes, combs and other disposable plastic products to guests.
