One of the best hotels chosen for my trip. Hotel is located within 15mins walk to Line A to Tian Men Shan. Nearby also there are restaurants and local burger shop, which taste good too. Breakfast choice is acceptable and taste good. Room is.clean and equipped with smart features, such as voice AI to control room lighting, AC, music curtain etc. Staff at the counter and house keeping are friendly. We got an free upgrade of room and they allowed us to early check in too. Free transport to HIgh Speed Train is available and need 1 day advance booking.

We stayed at this wonderful facility during our time at Zhangjiajie, and it was very central to all the places we needed to go to. The staff were very accommodating and were kind enough to coordinate a shuttle service to the train station which we often visited. The room itself was very clean, super modern, and had amazing views of the surrounding mountain range.

The room is OK. Nobody speaks english, any single word. If you need something and you don't speak chinese, you will have to use the translator. The location is the worst part, but at least the Hotel is near to the airport.

At the arrival they gave us a very loud room on the street with broken toilet, we asked it to be changed because it would be impossible to sleep but they initially denied, after 15 minutes at the reception trying to let them understand that a broken toilet and a super loud room wasn't suitable for the money they asked, and after telling them that we would ask trip.com for refund they finally decided to change our room
The new room had a broken shower and toilet that they quickly came to fix.
Early in the morning a loud noise kept me awake (clearly coming from the building), I complained on wechat and they rudely told me that it was from Tianmen construction site, sure, like a km far construction site can make noise inside my room
Staff behaviour is unbearable, from start to finish
We decided to leave between the noise, rude staff and bad breakfast is really not worth the price, to be avoided

The hotel is located 10min walk from Tianmen cableway which was super convenient. There are also many restaurants in the area of 5 min walk. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable with great shower. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. All in all we had a great stay!
