Room was clean and had everything in it that you need. The service was good. They helped me to find my room because this place is very big. I will come back for sure!

Xijiao Hotel is one of the few courtyard style hotels in Beijing, surrounded by red walls and green trees, with a fresh and elegant environment. The hotel is located in the center of the universe - Wudaokou commercial district, close to Wudaokou Station of Line 13 and Qinghua East Road West Exit Station of Line 15, with convenient transportation. Surrounding the hotel are more than ten nationally renowned universities, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Language and Culture University, China University of Mining and Technology, and China Agricultural University. The unique geographical location endows the hotel with a rich cultural atmosphere. We hope that when you visit again, we can still provide you with a comfortable and satisfactory accommodation experience. We sincerely look forward to your next visit!

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. The hotel was terrible with smoke filled rooms, noise and unhelpful staff. The reception woman ordered a taxi for me and asked me to wait for 20 minutes and then told me that no taxi is available because of the rain. She did not apologise. I had to run to the subway to get to the rail station. Despite good location, it's best to avoid the hotel.

First I expected some help from the people who works there or at at least a nice welcoming, but had none of them. The room at the hotel smelled terrible, seemed like no one cleaned there. Besides all of that the receptionist should help us guiding us to the right building because there are multiple different, but he didn’t not just guide us but also said the wrong direction. The price of this hotel is too high for the conditions and the service for what you get there. Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, for sure I will never go back .
