Staff did provide a small heater. But for $300+/night, not worth it.

Front desk advise me and I did what they advised that never work had to move into a new room
This had problems with the water trying to get hot water
Brought problem to staff at the desk was told maintenance would look into matter never resolved
14 nights stay was glad to leave
