Updated 3rd floor rooms, nice staff and breakfast at 75 room airport hotel.
-3 nights in room #325, facing the back, was clean, carpeted and spacious with a comfortable king, desk with chair, easy chair, closet, small refrigerator, micro, small coffee maker and opening window views of the back parking lot. The fully outfitted bathroom had a tub/shower with quick hot water and fluffy towels. The large TV had a satellite guide(Bloomberg, CBC, CTV, Global, Minneapolis networks, PBS, WGN & many more channels). Good 5G secure wifi, ample outlets, good lighting and new below-window AC, along with a quiet night’s sleep.
-3 nights in room #328, a large front-facing suite with 2 large TVs, was affected by rumbling street noise that disturbed a quiet night’s sleep.
The 6:30AM lobby breakfast was serviced and complete; OJ, fruit bowl, cereals, yogurt, boiled/fried/ scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, french toast, muffins, waffles, bagels, toast and regular/decaf coffee.
For our flights to Churchill and Rankin Inlet, we parked our car(C$12/day) at the hotel front and took an Uber(C$12) 2km to the airport.
Overall, we enjoyed our rooms which were 5*, the breakfast a 4* and the unrenovated halls, lobby and hotel front are only 3*.

The service, including check-in, was very good. The hotel is very close to Superstore and Costco.

No hot water in my room - they said it would be fixed day 1 and was not working on day 2.
The breakfast literally made me sick. I threw up the egg surprise they called breakfast 2 hours after eating it.
I would say avoid this place like the plague. It's sad because I have been coming here for a very long time and it's just a mess.
Oh, and the parking lot is gone during renos.
I feel totally ripped off.
