staff is a bit careless as gave me a room key with someone inside it, it’s really embarrassing to open the door while the guests behind me and asks why i am opened their room

It was a one-night amazing stay. The room was extremely spacious and very clean from living room to the bathroom. Absolutely no complaints at all. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. Quick check-in and check-out.

They room was good but I came for water side restaurant that is closed for construction feel sad my kids

The hotel appears to have had some updates but I was not impressed with the service upon my arrival along with the condition of my room. Booked a queen suite and it was to have a kitchenette (it was out of order) - didn't complain but eating out cost me more than I intended. The bed was very uncomfortable. You can hear noises from other rooms including dogs barking and babies crying. Unfortunately will not stay here in the future.

Excellent location, easy access to nearby Blue Mountain without the congestion. Ideal for those staying for a spa session or two.

Cranberry Golf Course Outdoor Pool is closed from Sat 31 Aug 2024 until Sun 29 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following opening times for the pool slide: Friday from 16:00 to 21:00. Saturday - Sunday from 16:00 to 21:00. Please note that the property is currently undergoing renovations until spring 2020. Guests may experience some construction noise Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 18:00. All services remain open and available.
