Extra big closet was great. Walking distance to many amenities including boardwalk on waterfront and road up to amazing lookout at mont st joseph.

The owner does not care

No air conditioning. The window does not open. Noisy old fan. The employee contacted the owner, 5 hours later he had not responded. The employee asks me to call the owner myself.
In addition, overnight payment is charged to the credit card upon booking, even if it is 2 months in advance.

The laundry didn’t work well $1 for washer and $5 for drying and it was still damp!! No ac in room and fan makes noise

Awful! I’ve stayed here before for Christmas 2023 and it was fine. I booked the same place again since I had a family emergency recently and when I checked in at 6pm (self check-in, no workers or receptionist on site and impossible to contact anyone), the place was trashed, garbage everywhere, dirty towels and sheets, used kleenex, dirty dishes, food and crumbs everywhere. Impossible to stay there. We had to leave and stay somewhere else for 2 nights since there were no clean rooms available. They still won’t refund me and we never stayed there.
