Good and well located; with reservations.
Breakfast coffee simple but honest.
Spacious room, mine had views of the aero runway, good acoustic insulation.
But...
Hotel with poor maintenance. Dirty and stained hallway carpets, scratched walls of suitcases and carts, presence sensors that don't work and don't light the hallway lights.
The peak was my bed, apartment 2209, had no headscarf feet. I ended up sleeping in a bed for those who have anti-gravitational reflux, impossible maids not to see and report, impossible even having fixed with any brick to level the bed.
The affordable price of the stay did not make up for the discomfort, even though I slept for only 2 nights.

Expected more
Magnetic cards for elevators and room demagnetized daily. Sometimes card worked for elevator but not for room.
Towels are thin and hard. Bottom sheet too small for the mattress and comes loose.
Close to Congonhas airport and offers van service.
Staff are helpful.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
