Very good hotel

I found this hotel super good, breakfast with plenty of bread varieties, fruits, cakes. Quality products!
Clean room, organized and very good bed!
The hotel has parking, very good and human service. Without a doubt on a next visit the Feira de Santana will be my 1st option

Hotel with good cost benefit

The hotel is very good. It has a good location.
The room is comfortable, with good beds and well clean.
Breakfast is very good, with good choices of hot and cold foods.
The major drawbacks were:
- the cleaning of common areas, that despite not seeing dirt, the smell was very bad in the hallway, as if there was something rotten in the place;
- Although the hotel had free private parking, it was very small. When I arrived there were no more vacancies and I had to leave my vehicle on the street, like several other guests. At least there was a security guard at the door that kept watching the vehicles.

Bad Benefit Cost

The hotel was much better, it needs investment mainly in an elevator, despite having two floors to climb with suitcases up the stairs and a difficulty, I asked and paid for a double bed and there wasn't one, the receptionists offered it for the next day, I was left with I was afraid of getting a worse room and stayed in the same one they gave me for the week. The chef is very good and even outside the hours stipulated by the hotel, she always managed lunch or dinner. Reception service with Chekinn, good breakfast Reasonable, large and comfortable room, good bathroom, TV in the room, very bad, it seems like the power went out, and only got 03 Globo and SBT channels. Very used bath towels, impossible to dry with just one and the maid insisted on leaving just one. Reasonable bed linen and pillows, I used the laundry room and regretted it, the shirts came back with dirty cuffs and collars and all very bad ironing. The employees end up going out of their way to provide better service, but I think there is a lack of greater support from the Administration.

Good value for money, a small simple clean hotel, has everything you need in the room, everything ‎works fine, the service is good..for this level of hotel, this is very good option and in a good location.‎
