A small note: lack of some attention in the gym,broken equipment, a renovation would be quite interesting.

Comfort to sleep left to be desired: lots of light in the room with dawn
A friend went with me, stayed in another room and had the same experience: wake up around 6:30 o'clock due to the clarity of the room. The photo I attached here I took on the third day, at 6:40, when I was already quite angry with the situation.

Disappointing
Missed water at night and I had to wait 1:30h and take a cold bath
The seals of the shower box were moulded
I ordered a mix that nte in the room and it took 45 minutes to arrive
The lining under the bed was breaking
I faced a huge queue to check in and only had one employee attending
The speed of wi-fi is very low
The chair fabric of the very old and debotted room
The rampa of access to the hotel only fits a car, so you need to stay waiting on the street to land and the hotel is at the corner of two avenues
The breakfast is good

Lack of management!
1. Uninformed collaborators: On several occasions, I noticed that the employees did not have clear information about basic procedures, such as service schedules and general guidelines. This lack of information caused confusion and trouble during my stay.
2. Antipathic care: In addition, I noticed a lack of cordiality and empathy on the part of some employees. This has negatively impacted the quality of my experience, as welcoming is an important factor in choosing a place to stay.
I would suggest that the staff receive more training to better serve the guests, with an emphasis on cordiality and knowledge of the services offered.
I hope these observations will be useful for the improvement of the service provided.

Who warns....friend is...
We only stopped here due to a flight cancellation from Azul, which offered this Hotel.
They gave us the room card. When he came in, he was upset. That is, the previous guest might have just left.
They immediately gave us another room. Now clean.
Well, the restaurant is terrible.
Delayed and the rice...come frozen!! Yes.

Upon arrival from dinner, we found a guest, full of bags, who had just entered our room. Yes!! They gave the card that allowed the entrance into our room to him; who when he entered, saw occupied and, disrupted, then closed the
Door. Wallet, cell phone, credit card. All untouched! Thank you!!
Plus, my husband just got out of the bath, 20:30...cold bath!! Yes!! Cold water!! I only send these comments so that, no uninformed, make the reservation in the mentioned Mercur. :((((
