I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vivenzo. The hotel is very nice, clean and has cozy welcoming ambience.
The room was great, it had a pretty view of the city and the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice too. The breakfast buffet had lots of healthy options. The hotel offers a little gym with few machines and coffee with delicious cheese bread at the reception in the afternoon.
The staff was very friendly and kind. From the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping, everyone was so caring, I really felt welcomed and taken care of during my stay. I ordered room service, the food was delicious and at a good price.
The hotel is conveniently located near savassi, patio mall, and liberty square as well as many options for public transportation.
Overall, it’s a great hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, and affordable stay in BH city.

Very good hotel in Belo Horizonte. Great location, good restaurant and great breakfast. The room is a good size, the bed is good, the bathroom is good and clean.

A great experience! With coffee and PDQ at the reception, which makes client feel war! Perfect design of hotel with a lot of practical facilities despite of not being luxurious! The gym is very clean with good maintenance! The checkout time is very flexible and the hotel offers free waters and drinks, which is quite rare! The only disadvantage is the food selection for breakfast. In a word, I enjoyed it a lot!

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
