Very Nice hotel I always book Room with balcony. The staff is so friendly and helpful. In walking distance to supermarked and restaurant if travelling with car you can call and book parking space on the other side of the street.

Awful!

High price compared to the standard! Some staff behaved downright rude!! Mold fungus on the loosened wallpaper, was rejected by complaint as "Jet leg" when asthmatic symptoms occurred. "Jet leg" only occurs in different time zones... (just that argument..) That time zone does not exist from Norway to Belgium. Totally rejected. Only got a new room when my husband called the hotel, I found this very discriminatory against women, and provocative. The new room was of a lower standard than I had paid for. Asked about price compensation, which was denied by the staff. On top of everything, the toilet in the new room was clogged! I hate to complain.. even like that Finnmarkingen Æ e.. but then.. I was told to flush the shower, flush the toilet and flush the sink.. I seriously thought I emptied the hotel of water when the smell didn't go away after an hour!! The toilet lid came loose and was not repaired. They blame it on "language" difficulties, which I find strange as I speak fairly good English and perceived that the staff did the same... The house keepers were lovely then. Smiling and service minded.. but when the rest makes you as a guest cry.. then this is really not a hotel I recommend! Through many of my travels in different countries, and stays in many reasonable hotels of different standards, I give the service and stay at this hotel a STRONG rating.. Bad rooms are one thing.. When you as a guest are not looked after.. then the hotel has lost something important!

The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They couldn’t do enough for you.
The room was clean and comfortable with a few extras added.

Cozy and welcoming stay in the heart of the city!

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The friendly staff was available 24/7 and always ready to assist. Felt like home. Despite its central location, the hotel is easily accessible (with parking on site). The room was been recently renovated and has a warm and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and hospitality in the city center! Warm thank you to the staff.
