Gorgeous place with a fantastic ambience. Close to everything we wanted to walk to. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great.

We were having issues connecting to the internet. The staff working, Vicky (I believe her name is), tried her best to troubleshoot the issue. It didn’t resolve it but we appreciate the effort she made, going over and above, for the issue to be resolved and for our stay to be worthwhile.
The problem was beyond her control but the dedication she showed was truly remarkable.
Give her a raise!!

Great hotel ...very different from the standard box hotel. Stayed on the rectory cottage. Room was spotless and very comfortable.
Check in was really friendly and helpful. Just 5 minutes walk from St Michael's bridge.
Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff
Location very good for all site seeing locations
Easy access to public transport.
No hot water tap in room so not too good for shaving (men)or women 🫢😂.toilet is on middle landing between floors,kettle is in hallway so share it with 2 other rooms.
