Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment will be taken at the time of booking. Please note that there is a 1.43% surcharge when paying with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and there is a 1.98% surcharge when you pay with American Express credit card Valid photo identification and the same credit card used at the time of booking must be presented on arrival. Cash is not an acceptable form of deposit at this property. This property enforces a strict 'Non-Smoking Policy'. Please be advised Pelican Waters Golf Club adjacent to Pelican Waters Resort is currently undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, the Golf Club is closed to the public during the renovations and some construction noise may be experienced at the resort during this time.
