Single bed had broken leg in the middle, so the whole bed slopped to one side. Had to take the mattres off base an but on dirty un-vaumed floor where the single bed base was.
The sheets and towels were lovely and clean, so was the bathroom

Not recommended,

Staff have no customer service skills.
Rooms are dirty, run down, smelly and cockroach infested. Picked up the towels and baby spiders came running out of them.
Someone else’s hair was in the bathroom sink, on the bathroom floor and in one of the beds.
Rain came through the ceiling in at least two rooms.
Kitchen cupboards and toaster full of cockroach eggs.
This place is run down and needs an update and also needs a pest exterminator.
Wouldn’t recommend staying at this motel.

Affordable South Coast Accommodation

This place may not have a working pool or restaurant, the rooms may not be flash but it is affordable, comfortable and clean accommodation.
The rooms have clean bedding, a small smart TV screen, A/C, clean ensuites, towels. The apartment type rooms have a small, clean, fully equipped kitchenette.
You can get food delivered from the takeaway place down the road or you can walk the 100meters down the road - pizzas, fish and chips, hotdogs and the usual takeaway food.

Very disappointing.

There wasn't much available when booking accommodation and the price was cheap. Well..... when you book cheap you get cheap. This was so disappointing. Firstly... upon arrival at 2pm I entered the reception to be greeted by no one. I rang the door bell as instructed if unattended, still no one so I rang ine of the mobile numbers on the door. A couple of mintues later a young man appeared which looks like this wearing pj pants and not very welcoming. Anyways... after checking in he tells us our room number and the rooms open. No key or nothing... ok I think.... get to our room and the key is in the door already. No probs! Open the door and it smells nice, the rooms haven't been updated since the 90s and for a family of 4 there is only a 2 seater sofa lounge. What attracted me to this motel was that it had a pool and heated spa. No both empty and there's a chain around the gate. There is a kids playground but its covered in spiderwebs. The whole Motel Inn needs updating.... Go elsewhere guys. Much nicer ones around the area. I wish I had read reviews before booking.

Very Disappointed

Read some reviews and looked at pictures. Access to room took several phone calls and eventually someone turned up. Emailed with questions about early check in and trailer parking. No reply. Room is NOTHING like photos. Outdoor furniture and area is filthy. Was lookin foward to a spa no mention on booking that it is not available. Room dated and noisey. Towels old and worn. Wont be back to stay again.
