At Quest Mawson Lakes, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences, so please accept my sincere apologies that your stay was less than perfect.
You will be pleased to know that we are currently in the process of renovating our public areas, with new carpet and painting well underway and due to finish next week. The rooms will be getting the same treatment over the coming months.
Our offsite carpark is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, but it is the closest secondary parking structure we could find. Unfortunately, we only have so many spaces in our onsite parking lot around back, and it tends to fill up a week or two in advance. I’ve put some notes on your profile to hopefully book you onsite for future bookings, and we recommend guests contact the hotel at time of booking to let us know they need parking.
