With my sister, everything is cuter.

My experience at the hotel was beautiful. I enjoyed the pool inside, the SPA, the scenery, the breakfast, I met women and we had a lot of fun. The staff, they are very friendly. The room very comfortable and beautiful, the sun came through the huge window. I had tofo what I needed to enjoy.

Too bad Miss Spa ruined the nice experience I'd had at such a nice hotel.

The hotel is very nice and well located. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly and solicitous, except 1 Spa employee, who in front of other guests denied me new towels only because I had forgotten to return the ones the day before (they were in the room, hanging under a gown) Not only that, but he wrote me a towel that he had not carried, as if he had taken it.
It made me bitter on Sunday!
Happily and after explaining to the reception staff, they understood “that maybe I could have been wrong” but did not take away my displeasure. I suggest guests take a photo of the paper where they write down the towels delivered for the Spa to avoid “misunderstandings”

Hotel Sol Victoria Entre Rios

I stayed in this hotel 4 days and found it very nice and comfortable, the rooms are comfortable, only need an update of the TVs with more modern technology. The corridors of the hotel are decorated with pictures that need a change, because it stayed in time as well, it would be nice if they had more modern frames to the ments. Exceptional breakfast! is very complete, I liked it very much. Regarding the outdoor pools and the very nice park, we could enjoy the outdoor pool that meets with warm water at this time of year.
In the outdoor whirlpool you would have to fix some ejectors that are not working. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Regarding the spa has some things to improve, for example there was no ambient music. In the middle of the spa sector, with access from the indoor pool, they have located an engine room that even had the door open because it did not close properly, which makes the place noisy, not compatible with a spa.
Last but not least, the wifi is not good, access point is missing, when there are few people you can connect medium but when it is weekend and there are more people in the hotel, it is impossible, so forget to be able to watch some series or entertain yourself in some way that you need wifi signal.

Excellent experience, but.....

Very good hotel: very comfortable rooms, very full breakfast, very good rest kitchen, park and top spa.- Very good staff, remarkable breakfast and lunch waiter named Gerardo, a Pro, always attentive and responding to our needs.- The only negative comment is that we wanted to have dinner on Friday and we did not take the Reservation, either at 20.30 or 21.30 because they said there was no place.- Being 20.50 when we withdrew from the hotel in search of where to eat, we saw the rest occupied by 10%, therefore we asked that they make room and unusually told us that it was all busy....- That is, they do not feel like working with many people, prefer to have it empty, a pity.

Great Weekend

A very nice Hotel for weekends. In a nice "old fashioned" city with nice views and great services! Ideal for families with kids but also with Casino (I did not was there). Near from Rosario and Buenos Aires to take a breath. Enjoy it!
