Location very good,right in town centre,hotel lobby and restaurant design are very modern and new. Hotel provided water dispenser at every floor lift lobby,that was very nice. Breakfast is good.

My wife and I had a Corner Room on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean. The View was beautiful and the room was very comfortable.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Punta Arenas, sufficient breakfast but the best was the staff at the reception (especially Andrea). Helpful, polite and friendly.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Punta Arenas, amazing and helpful English speaking staff at the reception (especially Andrea). Comfortable beds, hot and cold water by the elevator available all day long, Harbour, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Repeatable but tasty and sufficient breakfast.
